Services to the consumer


The following provisions form the contract governing the relationship between the Buyer and AMES Group Sintering, S.A. (hereinafter AMES), the company responsible for managing the online store, with registered address at Ctra. AMES takes all necessary steps to provide the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographic errors. Shipping address

The goods purchased will be sent to the address specified by the Buyer at the checkout. Any change or notification of an error in the shipping address must be communicated within 24 hours of completion of the order. For orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays in the city of Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain), the notification must be sent by 12:00 hours on the next working day.     4. Under no circumstances will AMES be obliged to compensate for non-delivery or delayed delivery of all or part of the products for any reason whatsoever, or for any loss, whether or not related, resulting from non-delivery or delayed delivery.


Definition of a defective product

  1. A defective product is understood to be one that does not offer the safety that could legitimately be expected bearing in mind all the circumstances and, especially, its presentation, the reasonable foreseeable use to which it can be expected to be put, and the time of its release.
